01

One portfolio, one clear picture

Bring the most important information from every project together in one portfolio view. 1PM combines submitted project status, financial information, risks, milestones and matters requiring management attention, enabling portfolio managers to see where the portfolio is performing as expected and where action may be needed.

Because the overview is based on connected project data, management can move from the consolidated picture to the underlying project information without rebuilding the analysis in spreadsheets or presentations.

02

Reliable reporting across the portfolio

Create a consistent reporting process for every portfolio. Reporting frequency, reporting periods and submission deadlines are defined at portfolio level, allowing different portfolios to operate according to their own management rhythm.

Portfolio managers can see which projects have submitted their reports, close or reopen reporting periods and establish a stable information base for each management cycle. When a current report is missing, the latest available report can be used as a clearly identifiable fallback.

03

Know what requires management attention

Move beyond passive reporting and focus directly on the projects and issues that require intervention. Portfolio managers can review matters escalated from individual projects, identify significant deviations and create portfolio issues for challenges that need to be handled above project level.

The portfolio Morning Brief helps direct attention towards the most important current matters, supporting faster preparation for portfolio reviews and management meetings.

04

Analyse the portfolio from different perspectives

Examine portfolio performance through the perspectives most relevant to the decision at hand. Review project status, economy, risks, milestones and timelines without manually combining information from separate sources.

The different views use the same underlying project and reporting data. This makes it possible to move from a high-level portfolio assessment to the projects and details behind a deviation while maintaining a consistent management picture.

05

Follow development over time

A single status picture shows where the portfolio is today. Reporting history shows how it is developing. Use completed reporting periods to review changes in project status, financial outlook, risks and management attention.

This makes it easier to distinguish temporary deviations from recurring problems and to see whether agreed interventions are producing the expected improvement. Historical reporting also preserves the management picture that was available when previous decisions were made.

06

Manage issues across projects

Some issues cannot be resolved within a single project. 1PM allows portfolio managers to create and follow portfolio issues while also reviewing issues escalated from projects.

This creates one place for cross-project dependencies, shared obstacles and matters requiring portfolio-level decisions. Issues remain connected to the management process, making it easier to assign attention, follow progress and ensure that unresolved matters return in subsequent portfolio reviews.
